We headed up to Haleakula. My family agreed to my idea of
an overnight camping trip, watching the sunset and then the sunrise.
This was close to the spot where Papa was on his lost
journey on the mountain.

Cold, a bit tired, but it was beautiful!
The sun popped out...we all didn't think it would because of
the clouds...it did and we clapped!
My sweeties! After waking them at 4:30 am to
see sunrise!

We received massages from Kimberly for
Christmas and cashed them in for
our 20th year anniversary.
I was blessed to have time to journal and reflect.
