Less worry

Overall I have felt more relaxed with Cambria.  Of course,
I still have had times of sleep worry or new behavior wonderings.
But mostly I have just gone with the flow.  I used to worry so
much about Deveraux's sleep.  I think I have come to learn, they
will get enough sleep.  It is so nice to "go with the flow" more.
Last night (now 8 months old) I was wondering why she was a little bit
fussy, I realized she never took an afternoon nap...ha ha.  That is what
you get when you have three kiddos.

Back to School

Schools in session
new paint containers...I love reading other blog moms and getting
great ideas.
Our newest student
Dev laid out our books
He came up with football analogies for Math.
First nap of the school year. Our guest room will become
her spot for her morning nap.  It is close by and we can
keep an eye on her.
Flowers from my student.
Trying to feel some fall on Maui.
Who is that newest little student down there...

Off to a good start, new books, new year, and new student.
Here we go!

Papa D and Tia ready to say Aloha

Final snuggles, final coaching, final laughs...for now.
So thankful for Papa D and Tia.  They bring a fresh flavor to
our lives and the lives of our kids.  I love the quality time over the
years that we have spent with them and even though we don't
see them very frequently, we make the time count when we
do see them.

Some more football drills with papa D.

Outfit from Kimmy, who loves Super Herero's!
She wanted to mow, she likes it.  We were not going to stop her!

Our three kids!!!

Papa D and Tia vacation continues

fall decorating

We have fun making doll furniture out of stuff we already have!

Game Day!

Kimberly was so supportive during Bobo's first season of football.
An upcountry game.

After every game they do a fun cheer.

Cambria wore her red in support of the Chiefs!

Papa D brought a very special glove and ball from home that
he has had for awhile and presented to Bobo, very sweet and
meaningful.

Dev got this dress on our Kauai trip at a second hand shop
for her doll.  We ended up putting it on Cambria because
Andrew said he liked it.  Our live baby doll.
Our annual rice krispy treat sand castle builds.

The Great Judge
I love this laugh
He thinks his dada can be pretty funny sometimes.

We found a seamstress on Craig's list to help us sew
some arm chair covers.  She found out we had a sewing machine
still in the box.  I guess a seamstress can't help it--she had us
get it out and taught Dev how to start using it.  She is from
paris and had a great accident.  I love stuff like this--
being open to the day and what it may bring.

Ever the performers!
Yes, skates off the ramp!

Lounging!
