We enjoyed a month of treats, crafts, and mailbox surprises...
We love our heart plates, sometimes it's the little things isn't it....
Tea party...this is something of a tradition on Valentines Day and I believe it was one of Anderson's first ones....
We started off pretty good...
Tea edict when a little downhill
But Deveraux was there to "keep it alive!"
Taking treats to the neighbors, we made chocolate covered Oreos!
Heart shaped pasta for dinner!
Deveraux's first official school envelope with Valentine's from classmates! She had a good day!
Off course treat delivery also goes to the fire station with always hopes of seeing fire trucks and firemen...
Lastly, we headed to the bakery for treats
Okay so the night also included an "impromptu" painting of nails (polish was one of Deveraux's Valentines treats)
Not sure if he liked it...
Such a delight to the eyes that window was....even for a fireman
The fun filled day was ended by a gift from Papa D (Andrew's dad) surprising all of us with the gift of an Ipad for Deveraux. We still can't believe it! We will work to use it wisely and sparingly. We were blessed by his generosity, he loves Deveraux very much and thought she would be further helped in her educational journey! Thank you Papa D very much!!A Blessed Valentines day for us!
