So we were finally able to get into our hotel room after much waiting...ahhh the great shower after 26.2 miles and about 4 hours! Andrew wasn't sure what kind of condition we would be in after the marathon, but I knew we just couldn't sit in the hotel room...this was aunt Heather's first trip here! After a good lunch, we hit the streets! We had such a sweet fun day....we shopped, rode the cable car, and went for some yummy ice cream and walked about 3 miles back to the hotel room. We felt really good! Our walk through Fisherman's Wharf to the Embarcadero where we started this crazy run was such a wonderful way to send such a good day!
