Each year I ask my children to take Easter pictures and to wear these ears
and this ray of sunshine...this year I had a "fast forward" picture of them in my mind
several years into the future, still choosing to put on these silly headbands.....for me!

We took these pictures at a home where
Robert Louis Stevenson stayed in 1879.
One day we were walking by and Bobo wanted to
go inside this open gate we saw...we weren't sure if it we could.
We went in and discovered this peaceful garden.
I knew we would be coming back!
I love "happening" upon places!
I love that Monterey and this area allows for such discoveries.
