I snapped a picture of our table in our entry and the
wonderful sign reminder that Heather gave to
me for a Christmas gift.
Bobo saw me taking the picture and said,
"Why do you take a picture if we already have it?"
Such a good point Bobo.
Ready for the beach!
One of my favorite Maui memories is getting a
Starbucks and heading to Baby Beach.
Now in some ways it felt like a homecoming of sorts...
We have had so many memories here, mostly of our babies
and time spent with other mama's and our own family.
Deveraux first touched the ocean water here.
Baby Beach is calm and shallow due to a reef
that protects it. In the summer it is almost like
bath water. This beach just invites you to hang out.
I love going for several hours...swimming, playing,
walking, just hanging....and snacking of course.
This was Bobo's first baby beach experience.
The "Skim board" we carried all the way from the Oregon Coast..
I love imagination that can transform just an old piece of wood
into something great.
