Bobo said, "I got these for you for Valentines Day, I just forgot
to give them to you."
to give them to you."
This was our first experience with a tooth extraction.
I was so nervous but trying to keep a brave face for Bobo.
We went into the dentist after Bobo was complaining of
his mouth hurting. He had an abscess on his gum We had
never had any experience with this and the fears entered
anticipating his pain and the sleepy drink they would give to him.
So Bobo's first real exam was at an oral surgeon's office.
The tooth fairy came!!
The first visit!
Bobo did so great!
I asked Bobo if he was scared, "No," he said, "God was with me."
Driving a bus or train....busy they are!
busy!
Deveraux's creations...getting ready for Easter.
This season has been just a bit unpredictable, but I am thankful for
the moments like these.....
And these....
We picked out a ballet outfit for Dev, for Ballet and Bible
class that she loved. Then we were only able to go to one last
class due to play rehearsals for The Miracle Worker.
Rowing their boat
I find Bobo hanging out with our guests on the lanai.
Always a new play house under construction!
Not a great clear pic, but I always want to remember how
when I hold Bobo when he is asleep or falling asleep, he
tucks in his arms, I love it!
Meet Peggy. She knew my parents before there
was a "me" and my sisters. It was such a treat that
she took my mom up on her offer to come and see us.
Peggy said it had always been a dream to come to Hawaii.
ALOHA!
It was so fun to see my mom with her dearest friend.
To see how Peggy loves my mom, their laugher and enjoyment
of one another. Again, Maui has provided some unique and wonderful
encounters in relationship!
It was a treat for me to get to know Peggy. When you are a
child, you of course don't relate on the same level with adults.
So this was the most time I was able to spend with Peggy
as an adult and get to know her as a person. There is so much history
with their family and playing with their children. It was also very special
to have her connection to our past and spend an evening
with my parents and Peggy reminiscing about the ministry
they were involved in together when we were little.
God was definitely orchestrating Peggy's visit at this time
in all of our lives.
