Looking Back II

I had written a post about Looking Back and how

right now in my current days, I can choose how I want

to look back one the day.

I believe there has to be some intentionality in the day

to day. 

So what does that look like for me in these days?

Her job is to undue all that I put away.

 

Some Intention in these things:

Getting to bed earlier so I am ready for my day.

 

Exercise

 

Good conversation in a week that are life giving with other adults.

 

Time for my introverted self as I realize that

The only thing that nourishes a thought life is time.

 

Time with God.

 

Stop, take stock, enjoy the moment.

 

Listening or watching things that inspire me.

A frog and lizard..one for each hand.  Those animals
we see each day on Maui soil.

Snuck Dev away as a surprise outing.  She was needing to get out
and I was supposed to go to a meeting but I was late and so
I circled back before I left the neighborhood and spontaneously I got Dev
and asked  where she wanted to go.  We hit Starbucks and Gap Outlet.
A good decision!

He came riding down to me with this flower.

One day Dev got out this book and did some fun with
Cambria.  It was a book I had gotten for Dev when she was
little and it felt great to have her join me in tending Cambria.

Brought this out one day from the garage and she was hooked!
We laughed as we would open the little door and she
would close it, wanting to stay.

I want to really see them...be taken in!

 

Finished feeding her and she let out a sigh.

 

Going to the store with Dev and she was so glad.

 

Lately, Dev and I are really enjoying Cambria together.

I need to keep stopping.
