The Glossinger's new house! So thankful they arranged
for us to see it before it is officially their house.
At least 23 years of our ornament exchange tradition... a lot
has happened...moves, babies, job changes, hard life stuff!
So thankful these are my people!
Party New Years Eve!
We found this big tea cup at church!
Sweet friends....sweet cousins!
Hanging at Gigi's. I was feeling like
I wasn't seeing mom as much as I wanted to-
She cannot do as much with us now
and our schedule made it a bit more
difficult. It is both good to be with her
but also painful to witness her changes.
A yummy cake built by two bakers who
love to bake!
Bobo asked me, "What is a snowflake?"
Our nights begin without Drew as he headed
back to Maui. It was not as bad this time
being on my own as no one got sick! We missed
him but we got along alright.
Drew and Glen got to hangout before Drew left.
Cousins hanging!
On my run....great mountain range view!
A familiar scene of Roni doing laundry.
My girls!
Roni distracted Cambria (who loves to ride
in things) so I could check out at the craft store.
One thing about Colorado that we love is
all the fun stores!!
So Elizabeth is now a friend to Deveraux's. She is
my since 5th grade friend and Sandy and I met
about the age our two girls are now. So fun!
I love this fire!
17 month baby sitting right here.
I turned it on in the morning, nap/quiet time.
and at bedtime. A definite highlight!
These hoover boards were a hit again...
even Cambria got in the action.
A frost was welcomed...although it became increasingly cold!
I loved my quiet times by the fire.
"Present over Perfect" by Shauna Niequest.
I loved that I had a good book to digest and I
realized sitting there that I must put quiet times
back into my daily routine and not wait for them
to happen. It is food for my soul.
When she would wake up, she would want
to join in the quiet time.
I love you butternut!
Aunt Heather made these jeans for Missy,
then passed to Dev, and I just had to put them on for
Lou lou!
Its SNOW!
He has been waiting!
Now hoping his sister will love snow ice cream
as much as he does....
Yes!
Practicing to sing for Gigi at her place soon.
For the new year, I heard these two questions:
What are you finishing strong? What are you starting strong? I like those questions.
