Worship Hula- very proud of
Deveraux.
Let's go Macramé'
One of Dev's special classes this year was having
a cooking time with Catherine 2x month.
They cook and then we all gather to eat. It is a win-win!
She picks up my clothes sometimes
and drapes them around her little sweetness.
We like brushing out teeth.
Guess what time it is....Time for
Cambria to have her own bed!
We are using Deveraux's mattress
she used when she had her first
big girl bed. I picked out some beautiful
bedding, a tradition for each one.
I love when I say, let's do this, my two
are ready to jump on board and get
it done!
She never really slept an entire night here. Just
a few naps....
First night, February 7th first night in her bed.
Drew thinks we are running a YMCA.
I think she likes it!
I love that I did not ask them to make
Valentines cards.
I wanted to encourage the ladies and myself at Bible
study one evening. There are so many messages in our
world today. So many good messages, but so many.
I think we are bombarded as Christians by so many good
things to be about that we become so overwhelmed
that we don't do any of them or we are already onto
the next message before we've even incorporated the one
we heard 10 points ago.
What good is insight or truth if it is not incorporated into my life,
it just becomes more noise.
I think that is what keeps us, keeps me sometimes from
praying. There are so many good things to choose from
that its hard to sit still and pray. The problem is that I
don't know if we will experience the Father intimately
unless we sit with him. To pray through the distractions
to get to Him.
Where do I want to be different at 46? I want to learn how
to be in community, invest in the friends in front of me,
and not continue to look around.
Same spot, just a few years earlier. Our girl!
Some things you get rid of, some things you keep.
This will probably be in a garden one day.
Bobo has a new fun activity- skate park!
Other side days- we hang out in the car
sometimes and nap.
Introducing Cambria to the Valentine box with
surprises. I love Bobo's face- delight and
anticipation on what she will find.
We don't do a lot of experiments in school, we need
to do more. This one was on weather.
Someone found the chocolate!
Cambria will now bring me a towel sometimes
after my shower. It is fun to see the ways she is
growing and taking in the world around her!
I will ask Cambria if she is excited, she will
squeeze her fists together and scrunch her little
shoulders and show her teeth in a big smile!
Love it!
We do what it takes to work through
school together.
What?!? A passport!
We are headed out soon....to Australia!
Pancake contest
We love Ka'anapali sunsets!
He just loves playing in the water, glad
for him that living here fulfills that fun
and outward expression for him!
