Bobo is loving knifes right now.  Of course, he does not have

all of these items in his possession.

That is a good prayer.  Bobo has a way with his prayers.

I thought maybe this last baby would be different

and she wouldn't grow.

 

But grow she must. 

 

I wish I could have given more to Dev tonight.  I wanted

to talk about the Christmas play.  Sometimes at the end of the

day I feel just tired and my introverted self is screaming.

My kids have gone through this process of tweaking and

defining of homeschool. Trying to see our family's rhythms.

It's easy for me to get distracted or jump into what another

family does.  I got to stay in our lane!!!

his skateboard. 

 

I think I slept through the night last night, October 14th for

the first time.  Looked at clock and it was 5:47 am. 

Bobo finds connections in our day.  Like we were talking about

cotton crops and he ran and got a cotton swap and cotton ball.

We were making Mongolian houses and he realized we had one

in a picture in our classroom.  I love that his brain makes those

connections, more than mine. 

 

Dev struggles with bedtime.  She told me she didn't want to go to bed

because :she had too much to do...she said she doesn't like to sleep."

 She is so creative, loves relationships, loves to talk, no wonder sleep feels

like a waste.
