Okay....get ready....February pictures to get a "snapshot of the month!"
We like dada's chair!
Who needs water?
Good-bye January...winter solstice good-bye
Let's get into the Valentine month!
It's time to decorate!
Great idea I read about from another moms blog.
A countdown to Valentines day.
Each heart with a word about how special these three
are who live in my house with me!
February House
I learned how to use a sewing machine from our sweet friend Young
and we made these pillows.
The Pro-Am came to town and we "snuck" into the golf
course to check out the action before the tournament started.
They were going to charge us $60.00 for three day pass to
watch the practice rounds. We got in though another gate and
got to check out a little action due to my husbands boldness. Of course
I was nervous the entire time that we were going to get
kicked out of Pebble Beach....
we didn't and showed our boy a good time!
We were bummed, the branch we loved...broke!
Off to a hike.
This was the Flanders Mansion that we loved,
so we took Andrew to show him.
Yes! Let's live here!

It is just beautiful!
Dada found a fun log to climb on the way back.
So we all had to try it!
We are now meeting our friends at story time in Carmel.
Once a sometimes lonely time is now filled with friends!
We usually go to the little park in Carmel and then head
over for snacks and coffee across the street, It has been
fun to also hang out in downtown Carmel! And our
days have all been beautiful! God is good!
Bobo enjoys being in the kitchen.
So these our the sad babies with poison oak.
Seriously, it was hard for about 2 weeks.
Calamine lotion was our friend, we even did a mock commerical about it.
We had some waking up in the middle of the night, lots of itching, lots of baths,
resisting Calamine lotion (Bobo) but still up itching (Bobo)....
we are glad to be on the other side!
Dev had to deal with a blister..not fun!
And deal with first graders who are not
always sensitive in their reactions.
For me....a pile of laundry
For them...FUN!
Crazy good camera that just catches the action!!
Bobo was up at 3:00 am (Our bad night of itching) giving us choices of what
to wear for our date the next evening.
He pulled out a shirt and said, "looks beautiful with my tie."
We headed to our local craft store for some
Valentine craft time. Bobo sewed!
Oh those sweet hands.....
Scrumptious
Deveraux did so good on her crafts,,,,on her own.
We had fun!
A month is not complete without trips to Costco!
The blimp above our house providing coverage for the Pro Am Pebble Beach
Writing out her Valentines for first grade!
She is so diligent
Treats for neighbors
This is the amazing flowering bush right now that we are able to see in our front yard,
it actually falls above our trash cans....that is Carmel by the Sea!
Special delivery!
Up to our sweet neigbor Sally's house.
Making his Valentines for friends...his first
Birthday party for our friend, Aniaha
Deveraux read the whole way to the birthday party and
back (to Watsonville, about a 30 min drive) and still kept reading
when we got home...nose in her book...literally!
Love it! It is still a new phenomenon for us.
Bath time birthday cake!
To Big Sur with dear friends.
He just loves the water and waves!
Deveraux cruised up this hill!
(Bobo on his tummy :))
Bobo saw this shape in the sand and drew a line across and said, "A!"
We ended this great day with pizza and good conversation.
Deveraux had not been on her bike for awhile and she did great...
except she ran into a car, but she was okay and got back
on and completed another circle.
She is taking the turns like a champ!
We hit the ocean on this last day of February.
It was too beautiful of a day...
Bobo came alive! He leapt across those rocks, took
off his shoes and socks, and he was just so happy!
These flowers on the trees have appeared....spring in the air!
Last Sunset for February!
Couldn't resist the water....
They now will request pictures when I start snapping...
uh oh what have I started! (he he)
A sweet Carmel home at night with lights!
Ahhhh a good month!!
