It's been a year...last Christmas.
As our plane lands, it is announced that the temperature is 7 degrees in Denver....did I hear correctly?
Yes, we look like dragons as much "smoke" comes from our breath as we get off the plane.
SNOW!
I was so excited for Bobo to engage in the snow....when you are 2 1/2, you just don't remember much!
The Bergstrom's (my sister Stef and her family) have a sledding hill right outside their back door.
Snow ice cream coming up!
Gigi came to welcome us!
Reunited for more fun!!
Deveraux gave Missy the same dress for Christmas and Carter gave Bobo an Avs jersey..fun!!
Headed over to Chick-fil-a...of course!
lots of I-pad time
We were so blessed to see my great Aunt Dot. She had not seen Deveraux since she was 6 months old and this was her first time meeting Bobo. Although, she has a couple of albums I am sure with the pictures I send and she regularly speaks to the kids on the phone. My favorite time with aunt dot was one evening when it was just Stef, her, and I. We were hanging out in the kitchen eating a late dinner of whatever sounded good. It was just nice to be with her, it has been so long.
We went to bed that night so full.
We were receiving a second Christmas!
We said our prayers and I just felt so blessed that we have this home, this family, and the taste my children are able to receive of running around the house and "bumping" into so many who love them!
I don't take it for granted as we have lived away for so long and to be amongst family is such a blessing!
