Home with the Glossingers

Back from Disney
We were near or in water every day that the Glossinger's
were in Carmel.

Loved seeing Cole care for Bobo and see them enjoying
the water together!

Point Lobas...great little area inviting fun and
exploration

We headed to Young and Eugene's to celebrate Eugene's
birthday.  It was fun to introduce dear friends with dear family.

Young made Drew a double decker burger!

I had to include the picture in the back of the photo, because it
shows Young's artwork.  She painted this huge flower from
a flower candle.  I love it!  She said she is going to show
me how....mmmmm....to be continued!
These sweet flowers have grown a lot since my birthday party!
a jumping contest....it didn't take long to get comfortable!
Super Bobo!
The flying wet suit!
Big Sur....Phiffer State Beach

It was such a windy day, it was like a sand storm.
But once we had the protection of the rocks,
we had a great time exploring the tide pools.

This is Bobo's first American Express signature!
Uncle B teaching how to skip rocks!

Love the River Inn

Carmel by the Sea

A stop in at the Hyatt to see Andrew

Of course we had to do a Beach Bonfire!

These two had fun playing together!

Deveraux loves her Aunt Heather, so sad to say good-bye!

lots of history with these two....

More exploring
Now onto San Francisco for our last Hurrah!

Dev got to ride in front of the Cable Car, an exciting spot!

So one of the most fun things we have done as tourists, 'Go Cars'.

So fun driving to the Golden Gate Bridge

It was so fun being in a quasi-motorcycle,
Going through different neighborhoods made me realize
how much of San Francisco we still have yet to discover
and what a big city it is!
Andrew and Bobo were in front

Heather and Anders behind us

We were able to have club access, which translates free food!

Had to make a stop at Ghiradelli for some ice cream!

Last Cable car ride!  Even Bobo got to hand onto the side!
We had the best view of the city from out hotel!
We had a hard time going to sleep, it was so beautiful.
I love how Andrew and I are alike in travel,
we were ready to hit the streets, the only problem, we had two
babes asleep in the beds!

Cool downtown windows
I couldn't believe this bathroom in the Hyatt with television

Yes, that is our boy!
Had to get in one last time of laying down....

Hyatt

We had a little downtown shopping time.

Last stop before the airport, Golden Gate Bridge

Good-bye Glossinger's
Wow, we saw and did so much!
We are glad we got to hang out and add to our memory bank
with the Glossinger's.  We had our highs and lows of travel, time
to renew relationship, witness new dynamics with the kids as they
grow, and just great they chose to make it a priority to have this time with us!
We love you!
