Christmas Day 2013!

Merry Christmas!

When Kimberly took the kiddos out, Deveraux bought
gifts for us.  For Bobo, a new pair of slippers.  She was
so excited for us to open our gifts.

We have been talking about a surf board for Bobo for a long time.....
when we got to Maui!

Coast Guard Bobo!  We found this when we were
at the Coast Guard station in Seattle.  He loved it!

So glad Gigi came to be with us!

Our Bobo wanted a white button up shirt.
Catherine our sweet friend brought all of us gifts

Matching hats!

Kimberly was great about making American Girl doll
things with Deveraux.
First remote control car!

new razor scooter!
First writing of dada for Bobo!

Ready to hit the surf!
Marching girls!

Oh Christmas tree, have we said how much we love you???
Coast Guard helicopter from Seattle and fire chief shirt from the Glossinger's!
Christmas tradition in Maui is we
always hit the beach on Christmas day!

This is Bobo in the "washing machine" tumble of a wave.
We all watched as he got churned a bit.
He was alright as we said, "yeahooo Bobo!"
The waves were a bit big that day for the little's.
It was so fun being back in the water and Drew got
to push me in on a few waves.  It brought back a lot of memories
of swimming and hanging in the surf.

Our front door.
Pew bench in it's new home.

We went driving looking for Christmas lights.
We happened upon the nativity scene below and
Deveraux wanted to get out and go over to it.
It was a Christmas highlight for me, watching them
take in this wonderful scene.

Merry Christmas in this crazy season of change.  God still comes.
Emmanuel with us.
