11 plus 1 makes a dozen

In love!

Anders thought his new cousin was pretty cute.

They would come to my perch and hang out.
Meet Roni!  She's very fun.
And here is your Gigi...when Cambria was born, I called mom
and let her know we got another girl.  She was really hoping for
a girl!
She was really looking forward to meeting Cambria.

So Andrew and I arrived home after taking Cambria to a hearing
test.  She did not pass the hearing test after she was born in the
hospital, so we had to take her in for a follow up.  She passed!
When we came home, the Stef and her kids and my mom
were at our house.  And...we had lost electricity.  Andrew
started trying to figure our what was going on.  So as the sun
set, so did our light.  We ran some extension chords from
the garage-the only place with power.
We used flashlights and everyone tried to get settled.

Candlelight..I remember actually sleeping really well that night.
Camp Gallagher began in the morning.  We all had our assigned
cups and a few rules like, wash the sand off your feet.
Everyone was ready for the beach!
And I was ready to snuggle!

So was Gigi...we hung out a lot together while
the others took a few more outings.  I did start going
out a little more.
This is your cousin Carter, very sweet!

Bobo loves his Gigi!

Our butterfly princess...Kimberly went out with
Dev to pick out a sweet outfit and Heather and I
got crazy with butterflies and bling!

Missy could hardly wait to get her hands on you,
she came feeling a little sick so she had to
wait a little bit to hold you.
First bath.  At the hearing test, they took off your remaining
little stub from the umbilical chord.  So it was Bath Time!

Its so fun to have older siblings because you are able to teach your kids about
our/their baby and how to care for them.  It is also strange to have
them looking at you care for your baby, knowing you cared for them
 as a baby.

Yeahooo First bath!  Cambria just took it all in.  She liked having
her passy as she took her bath.
We had a little Sunday service at home.  We also prayed
for Cambria in a first dedication to Jesus for her.
We definitely have some musicians in the family.
Andrew sharing some words for our girl.

She is just taking it all in!

Our funny accra yoga night.

I love how long Andrew wore his hospital bracelet.

Get used to riding with surf boards little one.

Mom and I had a big talk about heaven on this day.
In moments it feels like more of a reality, as
we still grapple with her disease of Alzheimer.

Andrew, Bobo, and Cambria and I had a sweet
moment at the beach at sunset.  Everyone had
gone back to the house to head into Lahaina.  With a
baby, the pace just changes.  It was such a sweet
quiet slow time together.  I had to capture all the
amazing eye lashes that surrounded me.

Bobo
Dada
Coming up our big hill in our neighborhood.  Sometimes the Maui
light is just amazing.

First well baby visit, Gigi got to come!
Dr, Stephens took care of Dev when she was 2 weeks old as well.

Our neighbors were away and graciously let us use their pool.
So a few times, we could walk down the street and have
an activity.

Dev doing her home school presentation for family, our
second annual.

She loved being so cozy, I took these so I
wouldn't forget her little pouch.
Funny face, but she really loved it!
Silly Dev and Gigi
Stef rented a room for her and twins to celebrate their
birthday, so of course, we came and spent the
day at the pool.

Funny faces!

We love pie!

We went to go help Kimberly set up her classroom.  It was fun
to have Gigi back in the classroom!

We felt this great cleft in the rock as we were trying
to get to higher ground away from the rocks.
Sleep is good.  Full days!
