What i love....in CO.

I love the way she is being loved by her cousins.

I love this view and I get to fall in love with
Colorado once again every time I go home.

I love my people.

I love yummy stores like Dwell, it is such a
delight to walk in and out amongst lovely things.

I love being silly with my girls...this redefines
huge bouquet of flowers!

I love signs!
Even though it was a tad crazy...I loved picking
out home school books with my husband and I
could actually touch the books instead of seeing
them online.

I love that Dev and I got to decorate for Aunt Dot
and celebrate her 90 years on this earth!

She blessed Dev with a beautiful ring.

(Heather brought our vision to life with the
cake toppers!)

I love Aunt Dot..her stories, her love for me, and the
history we share.

 I love my husbands face.

I love that Andrew put together a whole program
to bless Aunt Dot.

I love that Bobo kept saying,
Dorothy Bernice Sheets and taking his role
very seriously. Please don't grow up Bobo
and become too cool to do stuff like this!

It is worth it to celebrate.  It is worth it to make people feel
special.  Stef said Aunt Dot may have never had a party
like this before.  It is worth it!
Aunt Dot has always loved it when any of our
kids sing to her.  I remember Cole singing to
Aunt Dot on the phone.  Bobo sang,
"I can't help falling in Love."

I love that Benton thought to use the
microphone and that Carter set it up.

I love our tribe!

Andrew would read each decade of Aunt Dot's life
and then a family member would bring her a flower
to build this bouquet. A lovely evening.

Next morning we headed to the light rail
to show the kids My Downtown Denver.
Which has changed a bit...
Union station is now filled with restaurants.

I love that Dev and I just share the camera and
we are both on the lookout for beauty.

When we were in high school and college especially,
we loved coming downtown.
Especially to Larimer Street.
I was happy to introduce my kids to The Market.

 I love our history.
We talked about how Stef and Roy were engaged
more than 20 years ago downtown and how
Roy and I celebrated birthdays down here and
went dancing when I turned 21.
Love these little bags with treats!

 I love this face!
I Love this head of hair!

Before we rounded this corner, we were telling the
kids about this big bear that would always
sit in front of the candy shop.
He was there!
I love my family...of course!

Bobo's prayer one night was "to be filled"
and then he fell asleep.
Andrew read us a letter that he had written to dad
when we were first in Maui about surfing.  Dad
gave it back to him while we were in Colorado.
It was such a stirring letter about being taken
by surfing, full of passion.  When he finished
reading the letter, Bobo just got out of
bed and hugged Andrew.  He just gets it.

One of Cambria's games that she started playing
with Roni was "so big" and she would put her hands
in the air.  She is starting to imitate more.  We
ask her to dance and we spin and she spins around.
She loves to dance.

I do not love that Drew is leaving this morning.

I love you babe!
Cambria loves her dada, she just
doesn't know he's leaving,
(her new thing is to pull off at
least one of her straps).
Okay Drewy, we will see you in a couple
of weeks.  Thank you for another amazing
vacation and loving us.
