A beautiful hula on Mothers day!
I have never questioned my role as a mom (and I question
a lot!). I may have weary days mixed in with being
wonderful stopped by these little people. I have also at times
questioned my effectiveness, lack of patience, or their unkindness
with one another. But never a question as to being their mom.
Complete acceptance from the beginning. For that I am forever
grateful for God for settling my heart with these three.
We headed to the other side to the shops at Wailea...a repeat
of last year. It's fun to get off the west side.
Why stay on the path when there are rocks to climb!
Fish tacos!
We found a great beach on Keihi.
Dev was trying so hard to get this written before her
little sister would come and undue her work.
Delight, danger, and dancing. All three offer something unique
and wonderful. Happy Mother's Day. To mark this day,
Cambria said, "nigh, nigh". Bobo squeezed me and said,
"I had a great day", and Dev gave Andrew the idea for a gift
card to Magnolia Market (my girl knows me).
My sweet mom I love you. Alzheimer's is robbing
us right now of you and it is painful to not have you
fully. But love remains. It always does.
It cannot rob us of love.
We ended the day on another beach down the
road with showers. It was great fun to play
on the beach and watch the kids laugh and play.
