Last circle up time for devotions at 7 am.
Leaving Juarez thankful for this time.
passport's!
Uncle Roy wanted to join the passport picture fun....and
make fun of me a bit I think....
Hopefully the first of many stamps!
Adios for now Mexico!
Our group is headed to the U.S. side.
Jesus and Leo
Very fun group to be with all these new friends on this trip....all the families
seemed so seasoned with multiple children, many adopted,
and just parents who are in it daily with their kiddos.
Cousin hugs

Back to the van....our home away from home!
So this was our good-bye day to Juarez and our drive
back to CO in time for Thanksgiving the following day...
but much more important ....it was our girl's birthday!
I was a bit sad that it would be a travel day for her
birthday, but she seemed okay with it. She choose our lunch
spot at Chick-Fil--A, We caravanned with the Bergstrom's
and another family that went on the trip.
I let Dev choose goodies at the rest stop...pop corn and an icee,
two favorites. I also gave her several little happy
presents all through out the day in the car...we would sing happy
birthday and then she would open a gift.
Deveraux our sweet girl, a love in our hearts. I am so thankful we were
blessed with the gift of doing day to day life with you.
We love your desire to engage, your eagerness to learn,
your desire to imagine and play, your love of people,
and a thirst for more of all of it!
We see your heart for Jesus and your heart for us.
Oh We love you so.
The day we brought you home it was right before
Christmas, I could not believe we got to take you home.
The best gift ever was ours to keep for the coming
Christmas and for every Christmas after...
you, our dreams come true!
One of the best parts was her cousin Missy and her
had so much fun for several house on the drive. They got so silly!
It was fun to listen to the silliness as Stef, my sister and I chatted nonstop!
We were so happy to arrive at our family,
The Glossinger's! Aunt Heather had put up festive Happy Birthday decorations. Bobo woke up as I carried him in the room and said, "Deveraux will love these." Both of our kiddos had woken up and were excited to see family(my mom was also spending the night), they stayed up until midnight and then we all went to bed on this Thanksgiving Eve....full of thanks!
