Waking up in your families home on a holiday is special!

It didn't take long to become reacquainted.
Ugh! "Trip car" was truly a sight in the morning after
our long trip in from Texas!
back to the more lovely things....
Heather had created a lovely table that was all set up and ready for us...
along with all of the food! It was soooo good!
The new dog the Bergstrom's picked up on Thanksgiving,
Auzie.....one of our kids highlights of the trip.
Going around the table sharing Bible verses and what we gave thanks for
on this day....our second year with this tradition.
It was great to have my mom's brother, our uncle David and cousin
Matthew share our table, it had been years!

It was great fun playing football with the guys, I feel I held my
own a bit....we headed in for desert and leftovers.
I felt so thankful to be my sister's house with our family,
and grateful to have this home away from home!
