Maui Jim Shootout. Race #3
Uncle Zane helping us out.
Bobo did so great in the SUP race, he placed first in his age
group which included teenagers.
Swimming was Bobo's most challenging race, we have
not spent much time on his stroke.
Lara hanging with Cambria.
That winning smile of Bobo's!
He looks old to me here.

Day 2
This was from the previous day when he placed first in SUP.
(day 1 again...a bit out of order...our Maui Ohana)
Photo shoot going on for Dev and friends
while the contest rolls!
Paddle friends!
Go Bobo Go!
These two are funny!
Kimmy and Hau'oli showing their support!
Lots of races!
Checking out his ranking.
Big shore break that day,, Bobo had fun capturing images.
Whew, a lot of pictures. Fun day!
One memory I have is the night before the race started,
the contestants are allowed to try out the boards. Bobo had
me go out with him at almost last light and race on
a prone surfboard. It was fun to be with him on his turf,
always important to keep us at least looking young!
Some other youth contestants asked Bobo to sit with him,
thankful for their kindness.
