Idaho into Utah. Day 44 & 45, 46 (kinda)

Our AAA books and hotel.com which came in handy!

A definite highlight of each day was coffee time!
And we were able to usher in the red Starbucks cup!
I also love going to independent coffee shops, but
Starbucks is always yummy!
This photo also marks the most exciting thing we did
in Boise, Idaho besides the free Costco car wash,
which getting the car washed really does thrill our
entire car, but for different reasons!
Deveraux;s finished pottery plate she painted in Seaside!
Utah sign!
Beautiful mountains greeted us.

Who knows why, but Bobo decided to don
his birthday suit...

As the sun was setting, Deveraux was trying to capture
the skyline, it was so pretty.

Our first Chick-fil-A of the trip, we all felt a bit excited!
"Oh the lovely rooms" Deveraux says
I must admit it was pretty nice after some of the "no-tell"
motel experiences and never knowing what we would be
walking into at each motel.
We could not believe this is where we were going to stay
for a week!
Bobo exploring with pants that wouldn't stay up.
\
Deveraux got right to work, setting up her area in
her own room.  Pretty much her first personal space
besides her seat in the van since October 2nd.  It was
feeling good.
Andrew also unpacked for the first time.
Bobo was enticed  to start putting his clothes away when Deveraux
 played his favorite song.

Happy!  It was like she had a little house to tend to!
They had their own little kitchen and bathroom.
Then a fun bath time!

They started in their own room together.

Then Bobo ended up where he usually does...with us
I woke up the next morning to find Dev sitting by the window.
She had her quiet time and was taking pictures on her I Pad for\
us to see what she was seeing, like snow plows going by the window.

"Am I still a kid?"  Bobo asks.  And then he said,
"Until I get to Maui I will be a big boy."

They each got to pick out a treat at Walmart when we went
grocery shopping.  We were thinking a food treat, but Bobo wanted
a snow scrapper.  We were thinking we should get one anyway.
so it worked out great! He has since carried it whenever we
go outside.
Bobo said, "I can't believe we are in the winter."

It was so fortuitous that it snowed that first day for us,
as it has not really snowed since.

One time on our trip when Bobo fell he said
"Just my head...it's a good thing it's hard!"
We don't have great snow clothes, but we can't be stopped!

It was so pretty!

quiet time

This was day 46 kinda, it was actually around 1:00 in the morning,
on day 47 but I realized I had not taken any pictures of day 46,
so I took one of Drew, our usual posture at some point in
the evening with our computers working on various things.
On this day we went to church, haircut for Andrew, and then
back home for pool time and quiet times. I think this is the first
day I had not taken a picture since the beginning of the trip.
