Sunday
The day before moving the majority of our things into
storage, my child said, "Did I wear this in the nighttime?"
(the shirt he had on).
Yes, he wore it yesterday, last night, and right now.
Hey, we are moving, and my dad was lost and found.
I love that Bobo kept saying about papa,
"Have they found him yet?" He did not have any doubt.
Bobo also said, "I wish Batman could leave superhero
world and help find Papa."
When I woke up Saturday morning my first thought was,
"What was lost was found!"
Deveraux said, "Now I can climb rocks with papa here
and I don't have to wait until heaven."
We will see.....
I thought this was funny that our moving truck said,
"Venture across Canada"...soon
Thanks to our friends and some guys from work
we were able to get it done! Andrew did not finish until
about 6:45 and had to come to our s'more time on the
beach just a little late.
The Sollazo kiddos provided good fun for our kids!
Young came and helped wrap all our pillows!
At one point in the day I thought,
Is it too late....can we change our minds about leaving?"
You can only entertain those thoughts for a moment, or I can...
We have chosen a course that now must be lived out.
There is a momentum that happens, where you are simply
putting one foot in front of the other with so many
tasks that are required when moving.
You can only fall apart later...(smile)
After we loaded, the kids and I rushed to get ready and
headed down to the beach for our S'more Worship.
After the furniture and boxes move, Bobo found some
things to play with....
I was so excited when I found one more thing to paint!
Dinner on the floor
Playing until the end....
Those trees I will miss!
